Company history

LOCKHART LITERATURE was founded on the belief that every one has at least one story in them.  The challenge has been how to get it out in a easy, fun and communicative manner.  Thus the LOCKHART LITERATURE methodology was developed and perfected.

Thanks for your welcome message. All of the staff that I have dealt with at LOCKHART LITERATURE have been great and I was impressed to see the job done so well and in such a timely manner. It is true when I  say that first impressions count for the greatest satisfaction (or otherwise).  So your friendly and helpful introduction and follow through in the authoring aspects scores very high in my sense of fulfilment that I have experienced first hand during this exercise.

Dear Mike,

To have a book written is an exciting adventure. To have it MINE is such a thrill!!

It is very important that the author feels comforted and confident in their work.

My experience with Lockhart Literature is just starting and I have been introduced to Ms. Cathy Preston, my facilitator in the process.  Ms. Preston began explaining the appropriate stages and guidelines in order to render a wonderful  book.

When Cathy called me the last week of August to inform me of our interview schedule, I was delighted! 

Cathy was so concerned that our mutually developed interview schedule would work for me and she had the skills and the ability to make me feel at ease and adjusted the schedule accordingly.

I would like to thank you for the professional way in which you handled my first book. It took me quite a while to even attempt this venture. After talking to several others and hearing their horror stories about fly-by-nighters who were less than professional in handling a book (Of course your company wasn't one of those), I was skeptical about the whole process.
