Inherent in our methodology is the use of highly trained facilitators.  Often writers in their own right, our current roster consists of authors, university professors, university (typically 3rd or 4th year English, Journalism or History majors) students from Canadian institutions, high school teachers, and those with a 'bent' or a passion for the written word.


A key element of our process is the personality matching of our clients with the facilitator - Lockhart Literature management is personally involved in this important step as well as reviews of all 'assignments' underway, in process and 'approves' the final product before it is presented to the client.
